Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of fire dragon cupping in prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) in breast cancer.

Methods: Sixty breast cancer patients receiving medium-high emetogenic chemotherapy regimen were randomly divided into an observation group (30 cases, 3 cases dropped out) and a control group (30 cases, 3 cases dropped out). In both groups, 5 mg tropisetron hydrochloride was given intravenously on the day of chemotherapy and 1st to 3rd days after chemotherapy.
