Background: Tertiary Lymphoid Structures (TLSs) are abnormal clusters of immune cells that form in tissues not normally associated with the immune system, usually in cases of long-lasting inflammation, like cancer. TLSs have been suggested as a potential prognostic indicator in various cancer types.
Methods: We retrospectively enrolled 223 gastric cancer (GC) patients who had surgical resections in this study.

The calibration method of the electric gastric lavage machine was developed for the two-way unsteady liquid flow measurement modeland the detection device of the medical electric gastric lavage machine was developed , which flow value can be traced to the quality and time. The experimental results showed that the flow measurement range of the detection device was (50∼3000) mL/min, and the pressure measurement range was (-60∼90) kPa, and the metrological performance of the detection device verified using an active piston type flow standard device can meet the traceability requirements of the key parameters of the medical electric gastric lavage machine.

In order to solve the problems of quality control and traceability of medical test lung for meeting the calibration conditions of JJF 1234-2018 for , the calibration device and method are researched for compliance and airway resistance of medical test lung in this paper. A calibration device for medical test lung is designed using constant volume active piston technology to simulate human breathing. Through comparison experiment, the deviation between this device and the similar foreign device can be found.

However, reliable biomarkers based on the hypoxia and immune status in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) have not been well established. This study aimed to explore a gene signature based on the hypoxia and immune status for predicting prognosis, risk stratification, and individual treatment in TNBC.

Objective: Invasive breast cancer (BRCA) is one of the prevalent types of invasive tumors with high mortality worldwide. Due to the lack of effective treatment to control the recurrence of distant metastases, the prognosis of BRCA is still very unsatisfactory. We aimed to find some biomarkers by bioinformatics analysis for survival prediction.

Case: We report a case of cervical squamous cell carcinoma in situ (CIS) in a 66-year-old female with contiguous extension to the endometrium with small foci of microinvasion. Immunohistochemistry revealed that these tumor cells were positive for p16, p63, and ck5/6 with a high Ki-67 labelling index.

Objective: To explore the relationship between various crystalline phases of titania (TiO) nanotube (TNT) coatings and platelet adhesion and activation.
Methods: TNT coatings were fabricated on pure titanium foils by anodization and then randomly divided into four groups. Three groups were annealed at 350°C, 450°C and 550°C in order to obtain different crystalline phases.
