Context: Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy (HDP) are common complications of pregnancy and the main cause of perinatal adverse outcomes. Clinicians mostly adopt comprehensive treatment strategies, including anticoagulants and micronutrients. At present, the clinical effects of a strategy combining labetalol + low-dose aspirin + vitamin E and calcium aren't completely clear.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect and underlying mechanism of endonuclease G (ENDOG) on preeclampsia (PE). Differentially expressed genes in four Gene Expression Omnibus datasets (GSE147776, GSE96984, GSE102897, and GSE65271) were identified using a Venn diagram. Normal and PE placental tissues were collected from normal and PE parturients.

Long non-coding RNAs have been widely found to participate in the progression of MI. Here, we aimed to explore the impact of lincRNA-erythroid prosurvival (EPS) on MI-induced inflammation and cardiomyocyte apoptosis.

Here, we aimed to explore the effect of MAS1 on the MI-induced myocardial injury. Significantly, we identified that the expression of MAS1 was decreased in the MI rat model and hypoxia and reoxygenation (H/R)-treated H9C2 cells.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFTi self-doped mesoporous black TiO/graphene assemblies are fabricated by a facile solvothermal method and surface hydrogenation. The structure, crystallinity, morphology, and chemical state of the as-prepared samples are characterized in detail by X-ray diffraction, Raman, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, N adsorption and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The results show that the presence of Ti can efficiently extend the photoresponse of anatase TiO to visible light region.
