Although traditional organophosphate esters (OPEs) in soils have attracted widespread interest, there is little information on novel OPEs (NOPEs), especially in facility agriculture soils. In this work, we surveyed 11 traditional OPEs, four NOPEs, and four corresponding organophosphite antioxidant precursors (OPAs) for the NOPEs in soil samples collected from facility greenhouses and open fields. The median summed concentrations of traditional OPEs and NOPEs were 14.

However, the influence of long-term fertilization on the distribution of ARGs in different soil layers and its dominant drivers remain largely unknown. In this study, a total of 203 ARGs were analyzed in greenhouse vegetable soils (0-100 cm from a 13-year field experiment applied with different fertilizers (control, chemical fertilizer, organic manure, and mixed fertilizer).

All samples were subjected to the determination of 13-type antibiotics and related ARGs. The experimental results showed that tetracycline residues were the highest among all antibiotics tested, followed by sulfanilamides.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA fast and novel analytical method was developed for the determination of trace levels of sulfonylurea herbicides in water and soil samples. Graphene was used as a sorbent for extraction, and ultra high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry was used for quantification. Five sulfonylurea herbicides were preconcentrated from water samples using a graphene-loaded packed cartridge, while extraction from soil samples was performed in a single step using graphene-supported matrix solid-phase dispersion.
