Dihydroflavonol 4-reductase (DFR) significantly influences the modification of flower color. To explore the role of in the synthesis of strawberry anthocyanins, in this study, we downloaded the CDS sequences of the gene family from the genome database TAIR; the DFR family of forest strawberry was compared; then, a functional domain screen was performed using NCBI; the selected strawberry DFR genes were analyzed; and the expression characteristics of the family members were studied by qRT-PCR. The results showed that there are 57 members of the DFR gene family in strawberry, which are mainly expressed in the cytoplasm and chloroplast; most of them are hydrophilic proteins; and the secondary structure of the protein is mainly composed of α-helices and random coils.

Therefore, monitoring Hg2+ is crucial in ensuring the safety of ecosystems and organisms. In this work, a novel ratiometric fluorescent probe CMT (5-(4-(diphenylamino)phenyl)-1-(7-hydroxy-coumarin-3-yl)-4-pentene-1,3-dione) based on coumarin was developed for detecting Hg2+, which displayed obvious fluorescence changes, a low detection limit (2.

It catalyzes the conversion of colorless anthocyanins to anthocyanins and plays an important role in plant color presentation and stress resistance. However, ANS gene is rarely studied in grapes.

A new fluorescent probe DAC-NCH with specific response to Fe was synthesized via condensation reaction between dialdehyde cellulose and coumarin derivative. This probe exhibited a significant "turn-off" fluorescence response to Fe, accompanied by the fluorescence color change from bright pink to colorless. DAC-NCH was highly selective for Fe and could achieve detection within a short time (<3 min).

Cyanide anion is a ubiquitous chemical substance in the ecosystem, however, human daily life is severely threatened by its toxicity at any time. In this paper, a novel colorimetric and turn-on chemosensor 4-(4-(2,2-difluoro-6-methyl-2H-1,3,2-dioxaborinin-4-yl)buta-1,3-dien-1-yl)-N,N-dimethylaniline (NBF) for detecting cyanide anion was synthesized based on the 4-(dimethylamino)cinnamaldehyde and β-diketone difluoroboron complex. This fluorescent probe exhibited excellent spectroscopy properties such as large stokes shift, long emission wavelength, and good sensitivity.

Malononitrile can be transformed into hypertoxic hydrogen cyanide which induces severely jeopardizes to human beings and environment. However, an effective detection technology for malononitrile was still lacking, which means that it is necessary to develop new sensitive analysis technology for malononitrile. Here in, a high sensitive fluorescent probe NQBS for detecting malononitrile was designed and synthesized from the derivative of natural product nopinone.

Methods: First, 196 patients with primarily diagnosed breast cancer were recruited, screened, and the qualified 160 patients were randomly assigned into the control (routine nursing interventions), and intervention (routine nursing interventions and SFBT) groups.
