Context: Psoriasis is a chronic, inflammation-mediated skin disease. The use of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the treatment of psoriasis boasts a rich historical tradition. Researchers widely use network pharmacology to reveal the action mechanisms of TCM by establishing an interaction network-drug-component-target-disease.

Herein, DL-Tyrosine/amidinothiourea and (3-Aminopropyl) triethoxysilane were used to crosslink GO nanosheets and porous alumina substrate, respectively. The group evolution of GO with different cross-linking agents was detected via Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.

The research on the mechanical behavior of the new composite structure under a high temperature of fire is of great engineering significance to the fire protection design of the structure. Both the model test and a numerical simulation were adopted to study the mechanical behavior and damage characteristics of the new composite structure under fire.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFAberrant activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is frequently observed in glioblastoma (GBM) cells. Therefore, it was hypothesized that low‑density lipoprotein receptor‑related protein 6 (LRP6) may be involved in activating the Wnt/β‑catenin pathway in the progression of GBM. The present study reported that the expression of microRNA (miR)‑513c was markedly downregulated in GBM cells and GBM tissues compared with that in normal human astrocytes and normal brain tissues.
