Background: Anti-interferon-γ autoantibodies (AIGAs) syndrome is a recently recognized adult-onset immunodeficiency syndrome. Serum Immunoglobulin E (IgE) is increased in AIGAs syndrome, but the role of serum IgE levels in the clinical features and disease outcomes of AIGAs syndrome is not clear.

With Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Gypsum Fibrosum drug pair as the research object, supramolecular chemistry of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) was used to study differences between the compatibility of herbal medicine Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with mineral medicine Gypsum Fibrosum and its main component CaSO_4·2H_2O, so as to preliminarily discuss the scientific connotation of compatibility of Gypsum Fibrosum in clinical application. A Malvern particle sizer, a scanning electron microscope(SEM), and a conductivity meter were used to observe and determine the physical properties such as microscopic morphology, particle size, and conductivity of Gypsum Fibrosum, CaSO_4·2H_2O, and water decoctions of them with Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma. This study employed supramolecular chemistry of traditional Chinese medicine to compare the material basis between different decocting methods(co-decocting and single decocting) and explained the chemical basis of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma-Coptidis Rhizoma in alleviating the disadvantage of bitter and cold medicines damaging the stomach. The spectroscopic differences between the co-decoction and single decoctions were characterized by ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum, infrared spectrum, and circular dichroism spectrum. Five characteristic alkaloids, such as berberine, were selected as the indicators to compare the sample solubility and dissolution of medicinal components between the co-decoction and single decoctions by high performance liquid chromatography.

This study comprehensively analyzes the physical and chemical properties of soil across different layers under shrubs, comparing these properties inside and outside the shrub canopies. It also examines species diversity and community stability in these areas, discussing the impact of soil from resource islands at different formation stages on vegetation restoration. Focusing on shrubs over varying restoration periods (45 years, 25 years, and 13 years), with unrepaired mobile sandy land serving as the control, the results are as follows: (1) As vegetation restoration progresses, the content of soil organic matter (SOM) and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen (AN) significantly increase.

Herein, we report the rhodium-catalyzed -alkenyl transfer from tertiary allylic alcohols to aryl trifluoromethyl ketones, which provided an efficient way of preparation of trifluoromethyl-containing -allylic alcohols via β--alkenyl elimination. The key -alkenyl-rhodium species were generated with a high degree of stereochemical retention. This reaction featured a broad substrate scope and good functional tolerance and would offer a fascinating approach for the synthesis of -alkenes.
