As the core functional layer of perovskite solar cells, the serious issues of the CHNHPbI film related to the long-term stability and its rapid degradation when exposed to the environment should be investigated deeply. In this study, the variation of phase construction, light absorption ability and fluorescence quenching ability during the long time aging process have been monitored. The results show that the degradation process is composed of the original serious fluorescence quenching and the lag behind phase decomposition.

An efficient regio- and diastereoselective cyclization of sulfamate-derived cyclic imines with unsubstituted or monosubstituted α-halo hydroxamates is developed under mild conditions. This reaction proceeds smoothly under transition-metal-free conditions via a domino aza-Mannich addition/intramolecular nucleophilic substitution sequence, providing a convenient route to access 2-monosubstituted and 2,5-disubstituted 4-imidazolidinones. Notably, the products were obtained with single -isomers in moderate to excellent yields.

Sustained increase in microvessel permeability results in cell and tissue damage. To date, it has not been possible to safely and specifically block increased microvessel permeability in vivo. Methods: Sixty-six male SD rats were divided into sham injury group (SI, n=6), scald group (S, n=30) and scald+lytic cocktail group (SL, n=30) according to the random number table. After anesthesia, rats in the latter 2 groups were inflicted with 30% full-thickness scald, while rats in S group were sham scalded with 37 degrees C water.
