To explore the effects of different concentrations of zinc (Zn) on the growth and root architecture classification of maize seedlings under cadmium (Cd) stress, a hydroponic experiment was conducted to study the effects of different concentrations of Zn (0, 10, 25, 50, 100, 200, and 400 μmol·L) on the growth, root architecture and classification characteristics, Cd content, root Cd uptake capacity, and photosynthetic system of maize seedlings under Cd stress (50 μmol·L) by using Zhengdan 958 as the experimental material. Principal component analysis and the membership function method were used for comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that the 50 μmol·L Cd stress had a significant toxic effect on maize seedlings, which significantly reduced chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters.

A study was carried out to retrieve optical thickness and cloud top height of cirrus clouds from the Atmospheric Infrared Sounder (AIRS) high spectral resolution data in 1070~1135 cm-1 IR band using a Combined Atmospheric Radiative Transfer model (CART) by brightness temperature difference between model simulation and AIRS observation. The research is based on AIRS LIB high spectral infrared observation data combined with Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) cloud product data. Brightness temperature spectra based, on the retrieved cirrus optical thickness and cloud top height were simulated and compared with brightness temperature spectra of AIRS observation in the 650~1150 cm-1 band.

Each school identified a health issue to begin HPS development, followed by conceptual orientation, resource mobilization, teacher training, surveys, interventions, outreach and evaluation. This study focused on the extent to which participating schools implemented the HPS concept and improved their psycho-social environments (PSEs).
