Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) may be associated with delayed onset of lactogenesis (DOL), but it is still inconclusive. The study aimed to evaluate the association between GDM and DOL, the prevalence and risk factors of DOL in GDM women. A comprehensive search was performed in 10 electronic databases from inception to June 1, 2020.
