The authors studied the electronic condition of comb-shaped copolymer of polycarboxylic acid type hyperdispersant adsorbed on the surface of atrazine particles with X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The thickness of the adsorption was calculated. The results suggested that after adsorbing the dispersant, the peak intensity of N(1s) and Cl(2p) of the interface of atrazine particle decreased sharply, while the absorption of Cl(2s) almost diminished.

The main methods in performing the study of the adsorption properties of hyperdispersant on atrazine surface were fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and FT-Raman spectrometer (FT-Raman), and the results suggested that the hydrogen bond force was the main force combining the surface of atrazine particles and the dispersant. And it also promoted the adsorption of dispersant on atrazine particles. However, the information of what accurate quantity of the dispersant adsorbed on the surface of atrazine should a successful suspension ability of the suspension concentrate acquire is still not available.

In plant, iron uptake and homeostasis are tightly regulated to ensure its absorption from soil and to avoid excess iron in the cell. Many genes involved in this process have been identified during past several years, but there are many problems remain unsolved in the genetic regulation of whole plant iron trafficking and allocation. MYB transcription factors contain tandem repeats of a approximately 50 amino acid DNA-binding motif (R) and are involved in the regulation of many aspects of plant development, hormone signaling and metabolism.
