Agricultural tillage practices significantly affect the structure and function of soil micro-bial community, as well as its control over soil carbon cycling. Conservation tillage practice based on no-tillage and crop straw returning is an important measure to improve soil carbon sequestration and fertility, in which soil microorganisms play a key role. Although many previous studies focus on the structure and function of microbial communities under conservation tillage, our overall understanding of soil microbial responses at community level upon conservation tillage is still lacking, due to the complexity of the soil, environmental factors and the different selections of microbial research methods.

The metagenome sequencing was used to compare the difference of six soil samples, the rhizosphere soil of the first and the second rotation poplar plantations (RSP1, RSP2), the bulk soil of the first and the second rotation poplar plantations (BSP1, BSP2), the soil of rotated peanut field (RPS) and the abandoned land soil (ALS) after poplar clear cutting, in phosphate-solubili-zing microbial community and abundance of phosphatase gene (PG) in a poplar plantation. The results showed that microorganisms from nine genera were related to phosphorus cycle with Bacillus and Pseudomonas being the dominant. The abundance of PSMs was highest in ALS, followed by RPS, RSP2 and BSP2, RSP1 and BSP1, respectively.

Objective: To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine combined with fentanyl in patients undergoing anesthesia induction by sevoflurane.

Method: Eighty patients for elective endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia operations were randomly and double-blindly divided into Dex combined with fentanyl group (Group DF) and the fentanyl group (Group F) from April 2011 to September 2011 at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, and there were 40 cases in each group. The investigation was approved by all the patients and by the Ethics Committee of the hospital.
