Fibrosis refers to the progressive tissue lesion process characterized by excessive secretion and deposition of extracellular matrix (ECM). Abnormal fibrous tissue deposition distorts tissue architecture and leads to the progressive loss of organ function. Notably, fibrosis is one of the primary pathological appearances of many end stage illnesses, and is considered as a lethal threat to human health, especially in the elderly with ageing-related diseases.

The practical application of microsized anodes is hindered by severe volume changes and fast capacity fading. Herein, we propose a gradient composite strategy and fabricate a silicon suboxide-based composite anode (d-SiO@SiO/C@C) consisting of a disproportionated microsized SiO inner core, a homogeneous composite SiO/C interlayer ( ≈ 1.5), and a highly graphitized carbon outer layer.

Objective: To evaluate the technique and the clinical effect of folding roof and rotary pushing in treatment of children with distal radius and ulna fracture of "back to back".

Methods: From January 2012 to February 2014,38 children with distal radius and ulna fracture of "back to back" were treated by using the technique of folding roof and rotary pushing to reset and splint fixation including 23 males and 15 females with an average age of 9.5 years old ranging from 6 to 14 years old.
