The development of high-performance strains and the continuous breakthrough of strain screening technology also pose challenges to downstream fermentation optimization and scale-up. Therefore, neural network models are utilized to optimize the fermentation process to meet the goals of boosting yield or lowering cost, with the use of artificial intelligence technology in conjunction with the peculiarities of the fermentation process. High-performance strains' yield rise and fermentation process amplification will be sped up with the aid of neural network models.

Methods: A sample of 476 students from various universities in mainland China was used. The translation process followed the forward-backward method.
Background: Attribution models have been examined in Western countries. However, little is known about the applicability of the attitude-emotion-behavior model within Chinese culture. This study aimed to examine the association between familiarity, perceived dangerousness, fear, and social distance towards persons with mental illness (PMI) in the Chinese context.

We tested the efficacy of azasetron, a 5-HT3 receptor antagonist, on postoperative chronic pain after pulmonary surgery in a randomized triple-blind controlled study.
Methods: A total of 250 patients who were scheduled to receive pulmonary surgery were randomized to patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) using 200 µg sufentanil with normal saline or 200 µg sufentanil with 20 mg azasetron.

Pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) is a common clinical problem that can lead to bladder and bowel dysfunction such as urinary incontinence, urinary retention, fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and sexual dysfunction. Pelvic floor rehabilitation aids are essential tools in the treatment of PFD. However, there is limited understanding of the efficacy and mechanisms of these aids, and there is a lack of standardized guidelines for selecting appropriate aids for different types of PFD.

However, the differences in immune inflammatory response in OSA patients with different severity remain unclear.
Purpose: This study aims to examine the differences in peripheral blood immune cells and their risk factors in OSA patients.
MN (M = Be, Mg, and Pt) represents a new class of van der Waals materials. These materials are characterized by exceptional electrical and thermal conductivities, remarkable intralayer mechanical strength, and weak interlayer interactions, making them prone to shearing and slipping. Therefore, MN has significant potential applications as a solid lubricant.

We showed that dysregulated mitochondrial dynamics were involved in TAM resistance by protecting against mitochondrial apoptosis. The dysregulated mitochondrial dynamics were associated with increased mitochondrial fusion and decreased fission, thus preventing the release of mitochondrial cytochrome c to the cytoplasm following TAM treatment.

Objective: The study aimed at investigating functional connectivity strength (FCS) changes in children with MRI-negative intractable epilepsy (ITE) and evaluating correlations between aberrant FCS and both disease duration and intelligence quotient (IQ).
Methods: Fifteen children with ITE, 24 children with non-intractable epilepsy (nITE) and 25 matched healthy controls (HCs) were subjected to rs-fMRI. IQ was evaluated by neuropsychological assessment.
Many concepts for future generations of wireless communication systems use coherent processing of signals from many distributed antennas. The aim is to improve communication reliability, capacity, and energy efficiency and provide possibilities for new applications through integrated communication and sensing. The large bandwidths available in the higher bands have inspired much work regarding sensing in the millimeter-wave (mmWave) and sub-THz bands; however, the sub-6 GHz cellular bands will still be the main provider of wide cellular coverage due to the more favorable propagation conditions.

Objectives: The efficacy of using a single electrical or magnetic stimulation for treating pelvic floor dysfunction is limited. This study aims to investigate the efficacy of radiofrequency combined with magnetic stimulation treatment for mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse.
Methods: Patients who completed the treatment in the Third Xiangya Hospital, Central South University were screened, and were divided into 2 groups based on different treatment plans.
In the past two decades, regional inequality in China's educational development, especially between urban and rural areas, has continued to narrow. An in-depth discussion of this phenomenon and the mechanisms behind it will not only help China build a high-quality educational system, but also draw lessons from Chinese practices to guide the reduction of global educational inequality. The comprehensive evaluation results show that China's rural EDL surpassed urban EDL in 2013; in 2003-2019, the urban/rural EDL increased from 0.

Purpose: Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is prevalent worldwide and considered a crucial issue regarding women's health. In the present study, the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) Study 2019 dataset was utilized to assess the distributional trends in PMS burden and prevalence in regional, national, and sociodemographic index (SDI) categories.
Methods: The analytical methods and approaches used in the 2019 GBD study were adopted to investigate the incidence rates and disability-adjusted life years (DALY) related to PMS in 204 countries or regions.
Depression and anxiety are associated with dysfunction of the mesolimbic dopamine system. The rostromedial tegmental nucleus (RMTg) is predominantly composed of GABAergic neurons that exhibit dense projections and strongly inhibit mesolimbic dopaminergic neurons, proposed as a major "brake" for the system. Consequently, the RMTg may be a crucial brain region for regulating these emotions.

Materials And Methods: Twenty-four female Wistar rats with Sham (laminectomy at T8/T9 level) or SCI (at T8/T9; 30 g compression for 5 s) were assigned into Sham-SS (injected with 5 µL of saline solution), Sham-BoNT/A (injected with 15 pg/rat, equivalent to 7.5 Units/kg of BoNT/A in 5 µL volume), SCI-SS (injured and injected with saline), SCI-BoNT/A (injured and injected with BoNT/A), N = 6 per group.
Purpose: Pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) often occurs in patients with colorectal cancer (CRC), which can affect their quality of life. However, the precise factors that related to PFD in CRC patients remain elusive. The main objective of this study was to identify the variables associated with PFD following CRC treatment and establish a foundation for the development of a tailored rehabilitation plan specific to this population.

Muscle fibers play a crucial role in the mechanical action of skeletal muscle tissue. However, it is unclear how the histological variations affect the mechanical properties of tissues. In this study, the shift of myosin heavy chain (MHC) isoforms is used for the first time to establish a linkage between tissue histological variation and passive mechanical properties.

In 2D Fe-FETs, the 2D ferroelectric materials are more suitable as gate dielectric materials compared to 3D ferroelectric materials. However, the current 2D ferroelectric materials (represented by α-InSe) need to be integrated with other 3D gate dielectric layers because of their high conductivity as a ferroelectric semiconductor.
