Background: The effect of pain genes (NAV1, EHMT2, SP1, SLC6A4, COMT, OPRM1, OPRD1, CYP2D6, and CYP3A4) have not been reported previously in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC) patients and thus we made a comprehensive analysis of pain genes in the prognosis of KIRC and tumor immunotherapy.
Methods: In this study, TCGA, Kaplan-Meier plotter, Metascape, STRING, Human Protein Atlas, Single Cell Expression Atlas database, LinkedOmics, cBioPortal, MethSurv, CancerSEA, COSMIC database and R package (ggplot2, version 3.3.
Aim: To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasonic cycloplasty (UCP) Ahmed glaucoma drainage valve implantation (ADV) in addition to intravitreal anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) for treatment of fundus disease-related neovascular glaucoma (NVG).
Methods: A total of 43 patients (45 eyes) with NVG secondary to fundus diseases underwent anti-VEGF combined with UCP or ADV from August 2020 to March 2022 were enrolled in this retrospective cohort study. Of them, 14 patients (15 eyes) were treated with both UCP and anti-VEGF as the UCP group and 29 patients (30 eyes) treated with both ADV and anti-VEGF as the ADV group.
To uncover advanced prognosis biomarkers in patient with kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), our study was the first to make a comprehensive analysis of hsa-mir-21 predicted target genes and explore the immune characteristics in KIRC. In this study, the comprehensive analysis of hsa-mir-21 predicted target genes and immune characteristics in KIRC were analyzed via TIMER2.0, UALCAN, Metascape, Kaplan-Meier plotter, Human Protein Atlas, CancerSEA, JASPAR, GEPIA, R package: GSVA package (version 1.

Methods: To address this issue, our study explored the roles of hsa-mir-183 predicted target genes in the prognosis of BLCA via UALCAN, Metascape, Kaplan-Meier plotter, Human Protein Atlas, TIMER2.0, cBioPortal and Genomics of Drug Sensitivity in Cancer databases.
Visible-light-driven photocatalysts have shown tremendous prospects in solving the energy crisis and environmental problems, thanks to their wide spectral response and high quantum efficiency. Several strategies including the expansion of visible light response and the improvement of solar energy utilization and photocatalytic quantum efficiency via more effective separation of photogenerated carriers are the current focuses of research that direct the design and fabrication of viable photocatalysts. Herein, a series of composite photocatalysts assembled from plasmonic Cu nanoparticles (NPs) and Zn3In2S6 (ZIS) solid solutions were synthesized by means of a simple solvothermal method.

However, analyzing the prognostic factors of IBC is challenging due to its rarity. We identified the prognostic factors to establish predictive tools for survival in nonmetastatic IBC patients who received tri-modality therapy.
