  • The study aimed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of robot-assisted surgery compared to traditional methods for treating femoral head necrosis in 63 patients.
  • Results showed that the robot-assisted group had significantly shorter incision lengths, shorter operation times, reduced intraoperative blood loss, and fewer fluoroscopy uses, indicating a less invasive and more efficient procedure.
  • Postoperative recovery outcomes, measured by Harris scores, were comparable between both groups but slightly higher in the robot-assisted group, suggesting it may offer better recovery potential.
