The accurate and sensitive quantification of hydroxyl radical (·OH) and glucose is necessary for disease diagnosis and health guidance, but still challenging owing to the low concentration of ·OH and poor water solubility of fluorescent probes. In addition, fluorescent probes may cause secondary pollution to the environment. Here an organic cage was reported as a sensitive fluorescent probe for ·OH and glucose in aqueous solution without serious secondary pollution.

Based on the M-shaped bioaccumulation trends for ETZ enantiomers, -ETZ was found to be preferentially bioaccumulated in earthworms. Sublethal toxicity analysis showed that -ETZ induced greater changes in protein content, malondialdehyde content, detoxifying metabolic enzyme activity, and oxidative stress in earthworms, compared to those induced by -ETZ.

Chitin nanocrystals (ChNCs), known for their high aspect ratio, surface charge, and mobility, are promising bio-based nanomaterials for drug delivery. However, their potential as pesticide carriers in agriculture remains underexplored. Etoxazole, a diphenyl oxalate acaricide, effectively inhibits egg hatching and the normal molting process in mites but suffers from rapid degradation and short persistence in field applications.

Materials And Methods: This retrospective study involved 286 cancer patients confirmed by histopathology from center 1 (Training set) and 66 patients from center 2 (External test set). Radiomics features were extracted from T2-weighted imaging (T2WI) and diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) sequences, whereas DL features were obtained using four models: MobileNet-V3-large, Inception-V3, ResNet50, and VGG16.
Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs), recognized as persistent organic pollutants, resist degradation in the environment due to the high bond energy of the C-F. Increasing carrier density via adopting electrostatic self-assembly strategy has been shown to effectively cleave C-F bonds. In this work, a unique S-scheme structure was fabricated by combining oppositely charged semiconductors, TiO and ReS, through electrostatic self-assembly.

Methods: Forty-six patients who were first diagnosed with NPC and underwent IMRT were prospectively enrolled. 3D-CASL and IVIM were performed pre-RT, within 1 week (1 W) post-RT, 3 months (3 M) post-RT, 6 months (6 M) post-RT, and 18 months (18 M) post-RT.
This study comprehensively investigated the comparative acute toxicities, degradation, transcriptome, and oxidative stress induction of fenpropathrin (FEN) and its main metabolite 3-phenoxybenzoic acid (3-PBA)in soil-earthworm microcosms. FEN degradation half-life ranged from 19.09 to 28.

Therefore, designing advanced CuS sorbents that have a high activity level for capturing Hg and thermal stability at a high temperature range is challenging. Herein, we propose a metal doping strategy to fabricate a bimetallic sulfide adsorbent.

The fluorescence of N-S/CQDs can be specifically quenched by permanganate ion (MnO ), and the quenched fluorescence can be recovered by the presence of reduced glutathione (GSH). A fluorescence sensing system based on N-S/CQDs@MnO was developed and successfully applied for the determination of GSH in pharmaceutical preparations.

Materials And Methods: This study was a retrospective study involving two centers. A total of 316 patients with 353 SSNs confirmed as atypical adenomatous hyperplasia (AAH), adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS), minimally invasive adenocarcinoma (MIA) and invasive adenocarcinoma (IAC) were included from January 2019 to February 2023.
Parkinson's disease (PD) is a chronic neurodegenerative disease with unclear pathogenesis that involves neuroinflammation and intestinal microbial dysbiosis. Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), an inflammatory marker, participates in neuroinflammation during dopaminergic neuronal damage. However, the explicit mechanisms of action of ICAM-1 in PD have not been elucidated.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the practical application of "Internet + technology" leveraging medical big data to enhance the development of a smart hospital platform. Specifically, the focus is on optimizing patient care processes, refining medical data management systems, and enhancing operational efficiency within the hospital setting.
Methods: With the help of traditional Internet and mobile Internet technology, we analyzed the patient behavior big data accumulated in our hospital for many years, simplified the diagnosis and treatment links, refined the service connotation, and improved patient satisfaction before, during and after diagnosis; With the help of barcode, RFID and 5G networks, the links that are easy to produce medical security incidents can be monitored to improve medical quality, such as digital operating room system, establishment of multidisciplinary consultation center (MDT), electronic medical record system based on digital signature, etc.
Traditional risk assessments of chiral pesticides mainly depend on racemic form, which is often incomprehensive. This study conducted systemic investigations on the bioactivity, toxicity, and ecotoxicological effects of hexythiazox (HTZ) at the enantiomer level. The elution order and absolute configuration of HTZ enantiomers were determined.
