Therapeutic approaches combining various treatments have attracted intensive interests for tumor therapy. Nevertheless, these strategies still face many obstacles, such as overexpressed GSH and hypoxia, owing to the intricate tumor microenvironment (TME). Herein, a versatile nanoplatform, CeO@CuO@DOX-RSL3@HA (CCDRH), was initially constructed for promoting the antitumor efficiency regulation of the TME.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFLithium-sulfur batteries are considered powerful candidates for the next generation of advanced energy-storage systems owing to their high energy density and theoretical specific capacity. However, their practical commercial feasibility has been hampered by their sluggish kinetics and severe shuttle effect. Hence, a novel hybrid comprising NiCo-LDH-derived CoNiTe nanoparticles grafted on 3D carbon sheets was rationally constructed through facile steps and served as a functional separator modifier for a lithium-sulfur battery.

SNP-based imputation approaches for human leukocyte antigen (HLA) typing take advantage of the haplotype structure within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) region. These methods predict HLA classical alleles using dense SNP genotypes, commonly found on array-based platforms used in genome-wide association studies (GWAS). The analysis of HLA classical alleles can be conducted on current SNP datasets at no additional cost.

In this work, we used an iron-platinum bimetallic reagent as the metal source to precisely synthesise covalent organic framework-derived diatomic catalysts (FePt-DAC/NC). Benefiting from the coordination between the two metal atoms, the presence of Pt single atoms can successfully regulate Fe-N activity.

Methods: The protein-protein interaction (PPI) network, Gene Ontology (GO), and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analyses were performed to predict the potential targets and mechanism of toward improving T2DM. The first 9 core targets and potential active compounds were docked using Discovery Studio 2019.
Atomically dispersed metal clusters are considered as promising nanocatalysts due to their excellent physicochemical properties. Here, we report a novel strategy for precisely designing Fe ( = 1-2) cluster nanocatalysts (Fe-N-C and Fe-N-C) with dual catalytic activity, which can catalyze HO into reactive oxygen species (ROS) and oxidize glutathione (GSH) into glutathione disulfide simultaneously. The adsorption energies of Fe-N sites in Fe-N-C for GSH and HO intermediates were well controlled due to the orbital modulation of adjacent Fe sites, contributing to the higher dual catalytic activity compared to Fe-N-C.

The current study was designed to identify individual graft-versus-host genomic mismatches associated with altered risks of acute or chronic GVHD or relapse after HCT between HLA-genotypically identical siblings. Our results demonstrate that in allogeneic HCT between a pair of HLA-identical siblings, a mHAg manifests as a set of peptides originating from annotated proteins and non-annotated open reading frames, which i) are encoded by a group of highly associated recipient genomic mismatches, ii) bind to HLA allotypes in the recipient, and iii) evoke a donor immune response.
