Along with hypoxia, severe bacterial infection, and abnormal pH, continuous inflammatory response hinders diabetic wounds from healing. It leads to the accumulation of large amounts of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and therefore prevents the transition of diabetic wounds from the inflammatory phase to the proliferative phase. In this work, a nanohybrid double network hydrogel with injectable, self-healing, and tissue adhesion properties based on a platinum nanozyme composite (PFOB@PLGA@Pt) was constructed to manage diabetic wound healing.

Common bunt disease of wheat in China is caused mainly by . However, reliable approaches for determining disease-associated biochemical markers are rarely reported. Here, a headspace-solid-phase microextraction coupled with headspace GC-tandem mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) was used to screen volatile substances in infected wheat, and an optimal chemical marker was selected to establish analytical methods for disease determination.

To achieve efficient and accurate detection of SARS-CoV-2 on site, we developed and verified a rapid and sensitive fluorescence lateral flow immunoassay based on the innovative enhanced strand exchange amplification (ESEA-LFIA) in this study. With good amplification efficiency for short-sequence targets, ESEA is an ideal choice for the point-of-care testing of SARS-CoV-2 with a high mutation rate.
