High expression of serum GST-π/CypA aids the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction and predicts short-term poor prognosis.

Objective: The study examined the diagnostic and prognostic value of GST-π combined with CypA in acute cerebral infarction (ACI).

Methods: The study included 115 ACI patients and 85 healthy people. Expression patterns of serum GST-π and CypA were detected using ELISA.
