Introduction: Transformation from chronic myeloproliferative neoplasm to acute leukemia is a feature of myeloproliferative neoplasm; however, the rate is not high. Transformation to acute promyelocytic leukemia is rare. Here, we report a case of transformation of polycythemia vera to acute promyelocytic leukemia and describe a process of clonal evolution that has not yet been reported.

Methods: In total, 527 consecutive patients with breast cancer who had undergone US examinations and curative surgery with axillary lymph node evaluations were included. The size, shape, aspect ratio, margin, internal echo, internal calcification, posterior echo attenuation, lymphatic hilar structure, cortical thickness, and blood flow of the axillary lymph nodes or primary breast lesions were observed with conventional US.

Objectives: The aim of this study was to explore the risk factors associated with failed sonographically guided saline hydrostatic intussusception reduction in children.
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the medical records and sonograms of 288 cases of intussusception over a 3-year period. Logistic regression was used for the analysis of the clinical data (sex, age, duration of symptoms, and presence or absence of emesis or bloody stool) and sonographic features (initial location and intussusception length, presence or absence of free peritoneal fluid, and trapped fluid in the intussusception).
Precursor B-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (PBLL) is an infrequent subtype of lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL) that commonly affected site for the diagnosis is the skin, followed by the head and neck. In this report, we presented a special case of PBLL located at the left arm and detected with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ultrasonography (US). This kind of PBLL is similar to a peripheral nerve tumor in clinical and radiographic manifestation.
