CDBT targets microtubule and heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) simultaneously with moderate affinities compared to microtubule targeting Colchicine and HSP90 inhibitor 17-dimethylaminoethylamino-17-demethoxygaldanamcyin (17-DMAG).
