Developing multifunctional nanomedicines represents a frontier. We have engineered a high-capacity DNA vector basing rolling circle amplification for the delivery of copper sulfide nanoparticles (CuS NPs) and doxorubicin (DOX), coupled with multivalent aptamers (MA) that precisely target tumors, culminating in a multifunctional nanoplatform (RMALCu@DOX), which combines the chemotherapy (CT)/photothermal therapy (PTT)/chemodynamic therapy (CDT). The vector (RMAL) boasts exceptional biocompatibility and incorporates multiple copy units, enabling the precise loading of numerous CuS NPs, forming RMALCu which possesses a robust photothermal effect and superior Fenton-like catalytic activity, heralding a project of minimally invasive dual-mode (PTT/CDT) therapy.

Electronic skins endow robots with sensory functions but often lack the multifunctionality of natural skin, such as switchable adhesion. Current smart adhesives based on elastomers have limited adhesion tunability, which hinders their effective use for both carrying heavy loads and performing dexterous manipulations. Here, we report a versatile, one-size-fits-all robotic adhesive skin using shape memory polymers with tunable rubber-to-glass phase transitions.

Glutathione (GSH) is a key biomarker closely associated with cancer, and its content varies greatly between normal cells and cancer cells. However, intracellular detection of GSH was challenging because existing probes not only have a long detection time but also have fluorescence in the blue-green region that overlaps with the biological matrix's spontaneous fluorescence, thus affecting the detection accuracy. Therefore, a new red fluorescent nano-probe was needed to rapidly and accurately detected GSH within the biological matrix.

Although DNAzyme is a promising gene therapy agent, low cellular uptake efficiency, poor biological stability, and the unsatisfactory effect of monotherapy limit its development. Herein, a multifunctional DNA nanoassembly (RCA product-aptamer-DNAzyme, RAD) was constructed for cancer cell detection and targeted delivery of doxorubicin (DOX) and DNAzyme. Briefly, the rolling circle amplification (RCA) product was employed as a scaffold, and each repeated sequence was designed to combine with three single-stranded DNA (ssDNA), which carried the aptamer AS1411 sequence, fluorescent group, and DNAzyme sequence, respectively.

Bio-inspired fibrillar adhesives have received worldwide attention but their potentials have been limited by a trade-off between adhesion strength and adhesion switchability, and a size scale effect that restricts the fibrils to micro/nanoscales. Here, we report a class of adhesive fibrils that achieve unprecedented adhesion strength (∼2 MPa), switchability (∼2000), and scalability (up to millimeter-scale at the single fibril level), by leveraging the rubber-to-glass (R2G) transition in shape memory polymers (SMPs). Moreover, R2G SMP fibrillar adhesive arrays exhibit a switchability of >1000 (with the aid of controlled buckling) and an adhesion efficiency of 57.

The electrochemical CO reduction reaction (CORR) to HCOOH provides an avenue for reducing global accelerated CO emissions and producing high-value-added chemicals. Nevertheless, the presence of an inherent linear scaling relationship (LSR) between *OCHO and *HCOOH leads to the electrosynthesis of HCOOH being achieved at high cathodic potentials. In this work, by adjusting the different Cu:Sn ratio of SnCu alloys, we comprehensively explored the electrocatalytic 2e CORR performance toward the production of HCOOH.

Intelligent fault diagnostics based on deep learning provides a favorable guarantee for the reliable operation of equipment, but a trained deep learning model generally has low prediction accuracy in cross-domain diagnostics. To solve this problem, a deep learning fault diagnosis method based on the reconstructed envelope spectrum is proposed to improve the ability of rolling bearing cross-domain fault diagnostics in this paper. First, based on the envelope spectrum morphology of rolling bearing failures, a standard envelope spectrum is constructed that reveals the unique characteristics of different bearing health states and eliminates the differences between domains due to different bearing speeds and bearing models.
