Two-dimensional heterostructures formed by stacking layered materials play a significant role in condensed matter physics and materials science due to their potential applications in high-efficiency nanoelectronic and optoelectronic devices. In this paper, the structural, electronic, and optical properties of SiC/CrSvan der Waals heterostructure (vdWHs) have been investigated by means of density functional theory calculations. It is confirmed that the SiC/CrSvdWHs is energetically and thermodynamically stable indicating its great promise for experimental realization.

In order to investigate the effect of autologous dendritic cells (DCs) activating bone marrow cells and purging bone marrow from chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) patients, DCs were separated by negative selection system of human cells from bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMMNCs) of 2 CML patients in hematological remission and harvested after 3 days of culture in IMDM containing autologous plasma, rhGM-CSF and rhTNFalpha at 37 degrees C, 5% CO(2) humidified atmosphere.
