Migraine, marked by moderate to severe headaches, is frequently accompanied by reversible neurological symptoms. Recent studies have revealed a complex and significant relationship between psychological factors and the onset and progression of migraine. Personality traits, such as neuroticism and harm avoidance, play a crucial role in the development, progression, and treatment outcomes of migraines.

Lung cancer is the most frequent cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Exosomes are involved in different types of cancer, including lung cancer. We collected saliva from patients with (LC) or without (NC) lung cancer and successfully isolated salivary exosomes by ultracentrifugation.

Background: Migraine follow-up is difficult for outpatients, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, we tried to identify the most appropriate telemedicine methods for migraine in terms of efficacy, safety, patient compliance, and patient and physician satisfaction.
