Merging textiles with advanced energy harvesting technology via triboelectric effects brings novel insights into self-powered wearable textile electronics. However, fabrication of a comfortable textile-based triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) with high outputs remains challenging. Herein, we propose a highly flexible, tailorable, single-electrode all-textile TENG (t-TENG) with both wear comfort and high outputs.

The aquaculture industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and in China Crayfish Procambarus clarkii represent an important aquaculture fishery. However, bacterial and viral diseases are becoming an increasingly serious threat, causing considerable economic losses. Farmers use a large number of drugs and chemicals to destroy pathogenic microorganisms and to purify aquaculture water.

To assess the immune response of hemocytes to white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) or Vibrio alginolyticus infection in the mud crab Scylla paramamosain, a transcriptome analysis was performed. We report the analysis of 45131 transcripts from S. paramamosain hemocytes by de novo assembly.

This study investigated the function of endonuclease-reverse transcriptase (mjERT) in Marsupenaeus japonicus. The 1129 bp cDNA sequence of mjERT was cloned from M. japonicus using rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) PCR, and RT-qPCR analysis indicated that mjERT was highly expressed in the gills and hepatopancreas of M.

In this study, we investigated the hemocytes' immune response to white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) or infection at the protein level. The differential proteomes from crab hemocytes infected with WSSV or were analyzed using the isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation approach immediately after infection. Using this approach, we identified 1,799 proteins by their by LC-MS/MS spectra and sequencing data.
