Porphyrins bearing the unique 18π electron tetrapyrrolic macrocycles exhibit interesting photophysical and photochemical properties and have been considered as promising ligands for the construction of functionalized metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). The combination of porphyrin-type ligands with lanthanide metals featured with diverse coordination environments to realize the novel functions as well as the diversity of the MOF is thus attractive but challenging. Herein, an unprecedented porphyrin-based samarium MOF (Sm-BCPP) composed of a 5,10-bis(4-carboxyphenyl)-10,20-diphenyl porphyrin (HBCPP) ligand and samarium-formed one-dimensional clusters has been constructed via a solvothermal approach, and the synthesized Sm-BCPP has excellent chemical stabilities, exhibiting red luminescence.

Harsh synthetic conditions for crystalline covalent triazine frameworks (CTFs) and associated limitations on structural diversities impede not only further development of functional CTFs, but also practical large-scale synthesis. Herein, a mild and universal vapor-solid interface synthesis strategy is developed for highly crystalline CTFs employing trifluoromethanesulfonic acid vapor as catalysts. Methods: A total of 341 patients with PCNSL were retrospectively analyzed, including 286 patients in one center as the training set and 55 patients in another two centers as the external validation set. Radiomics features were extracted and selected from preoperative contrast-enhanced T1-weighted images, fluid attenuation inversion recovery to build radiomics signatures according to the Ki-67 PI.

However, there is a lack of comprehensive clinical cohort analysis on the clinical and pathological features, progression, and outcomes of intracranial plasmacytomas.
Methods: A retrospective analysis of 190 cases was conducted, combining data from 38 cases in a single institution and 152 cases from the literature.

Purpose: The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the optical properties of recycled zirconia by assessing its color, translucency, and opalescence across different thicknesses and shades.
Material And Methods: Sixty specimens were prepared from 3 mol% yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystal blocks (Lava Plus; 3M ESPE) (group C); 60 other specimens were prepared from waste blocks of the same zirconia (group R).

The aim of this study was to explore the differences in pathological and MRI-based intrinsic features (including morphologic and first-order features) between GBs with peritumoral FLAIR hyperintensity (PFH-bearing GBs) and GBs without peritumoral FLAIR hyperintensity (PFH-free GBs).
Methods: In total, 155 patients with pathologically diagnosed GBs were retrospectively collected, which included 110 PFH-bearing GBs and 45 PFH-free GBs.

Here, we present an experimental strategy and computational pipeline for processing chromatin-associated RNA-seq data to detect and quantify readthrough transcripts.
