Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of home-based cardiac telerehabilitation based on wearable electrocardiogram or heart rate monitoring devices in patients with heart disease.

Methods: We searched eight electronic databases under the guidance of Cochrane Handbook and PRISMA recommendations.

Results: The meta-analysis included data from 14 articles (15 RCTs) representing 1314 participants.

Poly-γ-glutamic acid (γ-PGA), a stress-resistant amino acid polymer, plays a crucial role in plant drought stress resistance. However, little is known about the effects of γ-PGA on soil characteristics during drought treatments.

Double pituitary adenomas: report of two cases and systematic review of the literature.

Objective: Double pituitary adenomas (DPA) are a rare clinical condition, and our knowledge of them is limited. Missing the second lesion leading to incomplete biochemical remission after surgery is an important challenge in DPA management. This study aims to analyze independent prognostic factors in DPA patients and summarize clinical experiences to prevent surgical failure.

Toxic Microcystis blooms are widespread in aquatic bodies, posing major threats to aquatic and human life. Recently, bioflocculants have attracted considerable attention as a promising biomaterial for Microcystis management. Spinal epidural metastasis from cervical cancer: Report of two cases and literature review.

Spinal epidural metastasis(SEM) from cervical cancer is extremely rare, with only 6 cases reported in the literature, including our reported 2 cases. SEM mostly occurs in poorly differentiated carcinoma. Hematogenous spread is the primary mechanism of SEM from cervical cancer.

Effects of aqueous extracts from Panax ginseng and Hippophae rhamnoides on acute alcohol intoxication: An experimental study using mouse model.

Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Acute alcohol intoxication (AAI) is a frequent emergency, but therapeutic drugs with superior efficacy and safety are lacking. Panax ginseng (PG) and Hippophae rhamnoides (HR) respectively has a wide application as a complementary therapeutic agent in China for the treatment of AAI and liver injury induced by alcohol. We investigated the effects of aqueous extracts from PG and HR (AEPH) on AAI mice and identified its underlying mechanisms.
