Organic-inorganic hybrid chiral small-molecule materials combine the inherent properties of both components; however, studies integrating chirality with rare-earth double-perovskite materials are limited. In this work, we synthesized two enantiomers of three-dimensional (3D) hybrid rare-earth double-perovskites, [-3-HDMP]CsEu(NO) () and [-3-HDMP]CsEu(NO) (), by reacting -3-HDMP and -3-HDMP (where 3-HDMP = 3-hydroxy--dimethylpyrrole) with CsNO and Eu(NO) in a 2:1:1 ratio within an acidic solution. Both -3-HDMPI and -3-HDMPI crystallize in the chiral space group 222 at room temperature, exhibiting a transition from SHG-on to SHG-off (SHG = second harmonic generation) upon heating and cooling.

In this paper, engagement with smart medical wearables and with their user manuals, as well as related user behavior are studied. A research questionnaire containing 15 single-choice questions was completed by 1381 test participants to address relevant topics of the investigated area, including trust in measured medical data, device calibration, technical terminologies and function discovery in the documentation, information sources beyond the documentation, and wearing such devices to bed. The questionnaire particularly focused on device functionalities and characteristics that initially led to the purchase of the smart medical wearable.

This study systematically summarizes and models the connotations of China's hierarchical medical system and a sample of 11,200 chronic disease patients in Tianjin, the largest port city in northern China, was selected for the empirical study to investigate the relationship between chronic disease patients' policy perceptions of the hierarchical medical system and their preference for healthcare. We found that under the strategy of separate treatment, improving the healthcare accessibility, drug supply, and lowering the cost of medical care would have a positive impact on increasing the preference of patients with chronic diseases to go to the primary hospitals.
