Background: Imaging genomics is a burgeoning field that seeks to connections between medical imaging and genomic features. It has been widely applied to explore heterogeneity and predict responsiveness and disease progression in cancer. This review aims to assess current applications and advancements of imaging genomics in cancer.

Although autopsy findings have revealed that IVLBCL often involves the lungs, its clinical features and imaging manifestations have rarely been reported. This study aimed to explore the pulmonary imaging manifestations of three patients with pulmonary IVLBCL.

This study aimed to assess relative anatomical positions, and examine changes in eyeball position and related factors in TAO patients with unilateral UER.
Methods: In total, 30 TAO patients with unilateral UER and 67 healthy control participants were included in this retrospective study.
Purpose: Correctly classifying uterine fibroids is essential for treatment planning. The objective of this study was to assess the accuracy and reliability of the FIGO classification system in categorizing uterine fibroids via organ-axial T2WI and to further investigate the factors associated with uterine compression.
Methods: A total of 130 patients with ultrasound-confirmed fibroids were prospectively enrolled between March 2023 and May 2024.
Extramural venous invasion (EMVI) detected by computed tomography has been identified as an independent risk factor for distant metastasis in patients with advanced gastric cancer (GC). Cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) are critical for remodeling the tumor microenvironment in GCs. Here, we report that MFAP5+ CAFs promote the formation of EMVI imaging in GC.

However, the molecular basis is not clear. In colorectal cancer, M2 macrophages plays a vital role in determining EMVI.

We aimed to develop a CT-based radiomics model to predict the transformation of the HGP phenotype after chemotherapy. This study included 181 patients with 298 CRLMs who underwent preoperative contrast-enhanced CT followed by partial hepatectomy between January 2007 and July 2022 at two institutions.

However, GO usually involves the entire intraorbital soft tissue. The aim of this study was to use multiparameter MRI on multiple orbital tissues to distinguish the active and inactive GO.

Methods: Thirteen patients with pathologically proven locally advanced GC who had undergone preoperative abdominal contrast-enhanced CT and radical resection surgery were included in this study. Transcriptome sequencing was multidetector performed on the cancerous tissue obtained during surgery, and EMVI-related genes (P value for association < 0.
Apis cerana honey collected from the Qinling Mountains in China has been widely used for its antimicrobial property in traditional Chinese medicine. However, its antibacterial mechanism against Salmonella Typhimurium LT is still uncertain. A total of 52 volatile components were identified using headspace-gas-chromatography-ion-mobility, and Qinling A.
