At the same time, the identification of multidrug-resistant and extremely drug-resistant Mtb strains, and the progressive accumulation of mutations in biological targets of frontline antimicrobials, has made TB treatments more difficult. Materials And Methods: Patients diagnosed with burns ≥70% TBSA admitted and treated between 2010 and 2020 in our hospital were included.
