Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is a biocompatible polymer, but its clinical application is largely limited due to its inert surface. To solve this problem, a multifunctional PEEK implant is urgently fabricated. In this work, a dual-metal-organic framework (Zn-Mg-MOF74) coating is bonded to PEEK using a mussel-inspired polydopamine interlayer to prepare the coating, and then, dexamethasone (DEX) is loaded on the coating surface.

Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) are used to characterize the morphology and structure of MXene. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and a contact angle tester are used to measure the bond structure and surface wettability PP and MXene/PP separator.

A zwitterionic phosphoryldiserine (PDS)- chitosan conjugate was synthesized via Atherton-Todd reaction, and its degree of substitution of PDS and structure were characterized by H and P NMR spectra, ICP, FTIR and XRD. Thermal analysis confirmed that there existed the freezing bound water surrounding PDS-chitosan due to the introduction of zwitterionic PDS groups onto chitosan backbone. In vitro cytotoxicity and hemolysis assay demonstrated that PDS-chitosan had excellent cell compatibility.

Methods: 312 patients with pancreatic lesions treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University were retrospectively analyzed, including 217 patients definitely diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and 95 patients diagnosed with pancreatitis. A hundred and one patients with ultrasonic diagnosis were enrolled into the ultrasound group, 98 patients with CT diagnosis were enrolled into CT group, and 113 patients undergoing ultrasound combined with CT diagnosis were enrolled into combined group.
Purpose: To investigate the application values of CT combined with tumor markers (TM) in the diagnosis and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).
Methods: 62 HCC patients were selected as the study group and all of them had undergone hepatectomy. In addition, 40 healthy subjects composed the control group.
