The metabolite and peptide profiles of fresh cheese fermented by three novel probiotics, B6, B44 and KF7, were investigated using LC-MS/MS-based metabolomics and peptidomics. The multivariate analysis revealed significant differences in metabolite composition between the probiotic fresh cheese and the control sample. The differential metabolites were primarily lipids and lipid-like molecules and organic oxygen compounds, which were associated with fatty acid and carbohydrate-related pathways.

In this work, 5 kinds of 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazoliumtetrafluoroborate ([Cmim][BF] (n = 2, 4, 6, 8, 10)) ILs were degraded in an ultrasonic zero-valent zinc (ZVZ) and activated carbon (AC) micro-electrolysis system. Optimization of degradation conditions and the degradation levels were studied by high performance liquid chromatography, the surface morphology of the ZVZ and AC changed before and after the reaction were observed by scanning electron microscope.

The proteins encoded by six CED-associated genes are members of the intraflagelline transport (IFT) system, which serves an essential role in the assembly, maintenance and function of primary cilia. The current study identified compound novel heterozygous (NM_052985.

However, its extensive utilization is restricted by the deficiencies of brittleness and poor mechanical properties. In this study, high-performance PMMA films enhanced by methylcellulose (MC) were fabricated by a simple procedure at ambient temperatures.

The solubility of lignin in the four solvents was determined at 25 °C. The influence of the molar ratio of H₂O to [Ch][Na] ([Ch][Fa], [Ch][Va] and [Ch][Sa]) and the anionic structure on lignin solubility were systematically investigated.

At the first mild HDO step, various organic solvents were employed to promote HDO of bio-oil to overcome coke formation using noble catalyst (Ru/C) under mild conditions (300 °C, 10 MPa). At the second deep HDO step, conventional hydrogenation setup and catalyst (NiMo/Al2O3) were used under severe conditions (400 °C, 13 MPa) for obtaining hydrocarbon fuel.
