is a medicinal plant with obvious rhizosphere effects. At present, there are many plants with high application value but low recognition and resource reserves in the northwestern area of Yunnan province, China. In this study, metagenomics was used to analyze the microbial diversity and community structure of rhizosphere soil of , , and plants grown in a special high-cold environment of northwestern Yunnan, China, at different altitudes ranging from 3225 to 4353 m.

In order to understand the history, current situation and trend, and provide theoretical support for future research, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of knowledge map including annual publication volume, trend, distribution of authors and institutions, co-occurrence, clustering and timeline of keywords as well as emergent keywords on the literature concerning ethnic cultural identity published in "Web of Science" database for a period from 2012 to 2022, with CiteSpace software as a tool. The results show an overall upward trend with diversified ethnic and regional characteristics; major institutions including universities of the U.

The immune system in the TME can be stimulated to elicit an anti-tumor immune response through immunotherapy. The main theory of immunotherapy resides on the plasticity of the immune system and its capacity to be re-educated into a potent anti-tumor response.

Target compounds 1-9 were successfully obtained through two sequential condensation reactions from the key intermediate 2-amino-6-(2-aminoethyl)-3,7-dihydro-4H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-one. In preliminary antiproliferation assay, all compounds demonstrated submicromolar to nanomolar inhibitory effects against KB tumor cells, whereas compounds 1-3 also exhibited nanomolar antiproliferative activities toward SW620 and A549 cells.

A tert-butyl alcohol (t-BA) solution containing lipids was injected into a stirred aqueous solution containing lyoprotectants to form SLNs dispersed in a t-BA/water cosolvent system. The t-BA/water cosolvent SLN dispersion was subsequently lyophilized to obtain a dry product which, upon rehydration, formed an aqueous dispersion of spherical SLNs with a size under 200 nm.
