Chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR T cells) with T stem (T) cell-like phenotypic characteristics promote sustained antitumor effects. We performed an unbiased and automated high-throughput screen of a kinase-focused compound set to identify kinase inhibitors (KIs) that preserve human T cell-like CAR T cells. We identified three KIs, UNC10225387B, UNC10225263A and UNC10112761A, that combined in vitro increased the frequency of CD45RACCR7TCF1 T cell-like CAR T cells from both healthy donors and patients with cancer.

Materials And Methods: Before surgery, patients diagnosed with breast cancer who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either postoperative PRO-based symptom management or usual care. All patients completed the MD Anderson Symptom Inventory-Chinese version (MDASI-C) via the electronic PRO system preoperatively, on a daily basis postoperatively, and twice weekly after discharge, for a duration up to 2 weeks.
Background: Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is a highly aggressive brain tumor with a poor prognosis. Current treatment options are limited and often ineffective. CAR T cell therapy has shown success in treating hematologic malignancies, and there is growing interest in its potential application in solid tumors, including GBM.

Background: Several observational studies have explored the associations between Sjögren's syndrome (SS) and certain cancers. Nevertheless, the causal relationships remain unclear. Mendelian randomization (MR) method was used to investigate the causality between SS and different types of cancers.

Methods: One hundred and forty-seven BC patients were included in this study.
Several studies have shown that female reproductive factors are associated with breast cancer (BC), but the results differ. We conducted two-sample MR in the present work. The raw data applied in the MR study were all from the Genome-wide association study (GWAS) database.

The present study aimed to explore the PIK3CA gene mutation status in BC patients in Northwest China and reveal the relationship between PIK3CA mutations and clinicopathological features along with prognosis.
Materials And Methods: 1002 BC patients from Northwest China were recruited in this study, genomic DNA was extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tumor tissues, and hotspot mutations in the exon 9 and 20 of PIK3CA gene were detected by ARMS-PCR.
1/2 mutations are closely related to high lifetime risk of breast cancer (BC). The objective of this study was to identify the genes, regulators, and immune-associated patterns underlying disease pathology in BC with somatic mutations and their associations with clinical traits. RNA sequencing data and clinical information from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA; = 36 -mutant BC; = 49 -mutant BC; and = 117 -wild-type BC samples) were used for discovery, which included consensus network analysis, function enrichment, and analysis of hub genes; other TCGA data ( = 117 triple-negative BC) and two Gene Expression Omnibus database expression profiles were used as validation cohorts.

The present study was performed to examine the concordance between treatment recommendations proposed by WFO and the multidisciplinary tumor board at our center. The aim was to explore the feasibility of using WFO for breast cancer cases in China and to ascertain the ways to make WFO more suitable for Chinese patients with breast cancer.

However, constitutive cytokine signaling in T cells and activation of bystander cells may cause toxicity. IL-23 is a two-subunit cytokine known to promote proliferation of memory T cells and T helper type 17 cells.

However, little is known about the underlying mechanism in human breast cancer cells. In this study, we examined the apoptotic and autophagic pathways activated following baicalein treatment in human breast cancer cells in vitro and in vivo.

Baicalein has a wide range of pharmacological properties. This study explores the potential effect of baicalein on macrophages polarization and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) of breast cancer.

Wnt/β-catenin pathway has been suggested to contribute to immune evasion in tumor by suppressing the function of immune cells and excluding T cell infiltration. However, the effects of Wnt/β-catenin on TILs recruitment remain controversial.

Many studies have been conducted to investigate the association between miR-27 rs895819 A > G and miR-423 rs6505162 C > A and cancer risk; however, the results are not consistent. In order to acquire a more precise assessment of the correlation, we performed this meta-analysis. We searched PubMed, EMBASE and Web of Science databases to identify eligible studies.

However, the molecular mechanism involved in the antimetastatic effect of baicalein remains poorly understood. This study aimed to verify the inhibitory effects of baicalein on metastasis of MDA-MB-231 human breast cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo, as well as to investigate the related mechanisms.
