Rosa rugosa is extensively cultivated in China for its remarkable fragrance and flavor, however, the metabolic changes in roses during growth and drying remain unclear. Our results revealed significant variations in phenol and flavonoid contents and antioxidant capacity in roses (Rosa rugosa f. plena (Regel) Byhouwer) under different conditions.

The presence of pesticide residues in rose makes it necessary to pay special attention to the proper cultivation to consumption. In this study, the inherent regularity of residue behaviors, processing factors and transfer rates of pesticides and potential metabolites during rose planting, drying and brewing was researched. The half-lives in the bud, corolla and leaf were 0.

The dissipation, conversion and risk assessment of bifenazate and bifenazate-diazene in garlic plant were studied by a modified QuEChERS method coupled with UHPLC-MS/MS for the first time. Bifenazate dissipated rapidly in garlic chive and serpent garlic with the half-lives of 3.0-3.

As is well known, dexmedetomidine (DEX) serves a neuroprotective role in cerebral ischemia‑reperfusion (CIR) injury, and microRNA (miR)‑199a has been re‑ported to be associated with IR injury. However, the association between DEX and miR‑199a in CIR injury remains unknown. Thus, the aim of the present study was to verify whether the neuroprotective effect of DEX on cerebral ischemia‑reperfusion rats is associated with miR‑199a.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine (Dex) on hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury (HIRI) and the underlying mechanism. The in vitro HIRI was induced by culturing HL-7702 cells, a human hepatocyte cell line, under 24 h of hypoxia and 12 h of reoxygenation. Quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR) and Western blot were performed to detect the expression levels of long non-coding RNA MALAT1, microRNA-126-5p (miR-126-5p) and high mobility group box-1 (HMGB1).

Neutral polymer bonding agent (NPBA) is one of the most promising polymeric materials, widely used in nitrate ester plasticized polyether (NEPE) propellant as bonding agent. The structure and dynamics of NPBA under different conditions of temperatures and sample processing are comprehensively investigated by solid state NMR (SSNMR). The results indicate that both the main chain and side chain of NPBA are quite rigid below its glass transition temperature (Tg).

Migration appeared in the interfaces of nitrate ester plasticized polyether (NEPE) based propellant/hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) based liner/ethylene propylene terpolymer (EPDM) based insulation was studied by aging at different temperatures. The migration components were extracted with solvent and determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The migration occurred within 1mm to the interfaces, and the apparent migration activation energy (Ea) of nitroglycerin (NG), 1,2,4-butanetriol trinitrate (BTTN) and a kind of aniline stabilizer AD in propellant, liner and insulation was calculated respectively on the basis of HPLC data.
