Background: Alpha-fetoprotein-to-PIVKA-II ratio (APR) may serve as a new marker to predict the grade of differentiation, imaging characteristics, and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This study aimed to demonstrate the prognostic significance of high APR for poorly differentiated HCC (PD-HCC), imaging characteristics and overall survival (OS) in patients after intra-arterial therapies.
Methods: Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were constructed and areas under the curve (AUCs) were calculated to evaluate the predictive ability of APR to discriminate subgroup(s) of HCC with good or poor prognosis.
Background: Acquired prolapse of the cerebellar tonsils in spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH) patients is rare. This study aims to evaluate neuroimaging changes of acquired prolapse of the cerebellar tonsils below the foramen magnum in SIH patients due to spontaneous spinal cerebrospinal fluid leakage, which was treated by targeted epidural blood patches (EBP).
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed clinical and neuroimaging characteristics of 5 cases of SIH with acquired prolapse of the cerebellar tonsils that received targeted EBP in our institution from January 2013 to December 2016.

Objective: To analyze the characteristics of eye movements in patients with idiopathic rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (iRBD).
Methods: Twenty two patients with iRBD and 20 controls were enrolled between January 2017 and May 2019 from Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Clinical data including polysomnogram (PSG) results were collected.
Objectives: To assess the prevalence of calcification surrounding the odontoid process (odontoid calcification) with crowned dens syndrome (CDS) and without CDS (non-CDS) and investigate factors that may related to the onset of CDS.
Methods: Retrospective review of consecutive patients visited Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital between 1 January 2018 and 5 November 2019 who were identified to have odontoid calcification on cervical computed tomography (CT) images. Those who presented with an acute or subacute episode of cervico-occipital pain were defined as CDS, others were non-CDS.
