Objective: To investigate the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of ginsenoside Rg1 in rats.
Methods: Ginsenoside Rg1 was oral administered or intravenous administered to each rat. The plasma concentration of ginsenoside Rg1 was estimated by RP-HPLC.
