Bone tissue engineering materials have been gradually used in the treatment of bone defects, but periodontal bone tissue regeneration still faces challenges. Considering the biocompatibility factor, constructing bionic scaffolds with natural extracellular matrix properties is an ideal therapeutic pathway.

The administration of multi-strain probiotics has shown a significantly beneficial effect on the mitigation of obesity induced by high-fat diets (HFDs). In this study, Amuc_1100, an outer membrane protein of , was fused with green fluorescent protein and LPXTG motif anchor protein and displayed on the surface of (pLR-GAA) and (pLP-GAA), respectively.

The diagnostic efficiency of the most commonly used diagnostic markers for gastric cancer (GC) is not very high. A single laboratory test cannot meet the requirements of early screening, and machine learning methods are needed to aid the early diagnosis of GC by combining multiple indicators.

Research and industrial applications have demonstrated that online UV-Vis sensors have great potential for improving wastewater monitoring and treatment processes. Existing studies on the development of surrogate parameters with models from spectral data for wastewater were largely limited to lab-based.

The study highlights three main research themes in 'wastewater to energy', which are biogas production through anaerobic digestion of sewage sludge, methane generation from microbial wastewater treatment, and hydrogen production from biomass. The analysis reveals activated sludge, biochar, biomethane, biogas upgrading, hydrogen, and circular economy as key topics increasingly gaining momentum in recent research publications as well as representing potential future research directions.

They are regulated in many countries because of their strong hallucinogenic effects, which can cause serious nerve damage. There is a wide variety of phenylethylamines, exhibiting rapid renewal and extremely similar structures, therefore accurate qualitative analysis of isomers is a difficult problem in current drug analysis.

However, whether p-DCB is linked with metabolic syndrome (MetS) remains unclear. We hypothesized that higher exposure to p-DCB would be linked with a higher risk of MetS in the U.

However, the synthesis of Mn doped perovskite nanowires (NWs) poses challenges, and the dynamics of energy transfer from the exciton to Mn remains unexplored, which is crucial for optimizing Mn luminescence efficiency. Herein, we present a method to synthesize Mn doped CsPbBr NWs with a photoluminescence quantum yield of 52% by diffusing Mn into seed CsPbBr NWs grown via a hot injection method.

A novel mixed-mode cation exchange magnetic sorbent FeO @poly(ST/DVB/MA-COOH) was prepared and firstly applied as magnetically dispersed solid phase extraction material to efficiently, rapidly, and selectively extract 21 illicit drugs from wastewater. The selectivity of the sorbent was mainly attributed to the electrostatic interaction.

The Au@FeO composite nanoparticles were green-synthesized via the reduction of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) from waste chestnut skins combined with the sonochemical method. The nanoparticles have both the recoverability of FeO and the advantage of being able to amplify electrical signals.

As a derivative of microbial fuel cells (MFCs), microbial desalination cell (MDC) has the potential of desalinating saline/brackish water while simultaneously generating electricity, as well as treating wastewater. Therefore, it is worth investigating its practicability as a potential sustainable desalination technology.

Ketamine analogues use 2-phenyl-2-aminocyclohexanone as the basic structure and achieve physiological reactions similar to or even more robust than the prototype of ketamine by changing the substituents on the benzene ring (R and R) and amine group (R). Therefore, the mass spectrometry (MS) fragmentation pathways and fragments of ketamine analogues have certain regularity.

Diamond wire sawing is the main processing method for hard and brittle materials, but the unreasonable matching of process parameters will reduce its cutting ability and stability. In this paper, the asymmetric arc hypothesis of a wire bow model is proposed. Based on this hypothesis, an analytical model of the wire bow between the process parameters and the wire bow parameters was established and verified with a single-wire cutting experiment.
