Background: Granzyme K (GZMK) is a crucial mediator released by immune cells to eliminate tumor cells, playing significant roles in inflammation and tumorigenesis. Despite its importance, the specific role of GZMK in breast cancer and its mechanisms are not well understood.
Methods: We utilized data from the TCGA and GEO databases and employed a range of analytical methods including GO, KEGG, GSEA, ssGSEA, and PPI to investigate the impact of GZMK on breast cancer.
