Placenta-associated pathologies, including early pregnancy loss (EPL) and preeclampsia (PE), share a common phenomenon of insufficient extravillous trophoblasts (EVTs) invasion. It was previously observed that down-regulated miR-486-5p expression inhibited the invasion of EVTs, and a decreased peripheral miR-486-5p was associated with EPL. However, the exact roles of miR-486-5p played in pathogenesis of EPL, as well as the molecular pathway underlying roles of miR-486-5p in EVTs invasion, remains poorly understood.

Nevertheless, the functions of RPL34-AS1 in ischemic stroke remain unclear. The present work focused on determining the candidate targets of RPL34-AS1 and its related mechanism in ischemic injury.

Glucose-regulated protein 94 (GRP94) is a stress-induced chaperone protein involved in tumor development and progression. Its role in myeloma, colon cancer, and other tumors has been confirmed, but its role in lung cancer is unclear.

Materials And Methods: Female Wistar rats, weighing between 230-260 g were used in this study. Morphine addicted rats were generated by subcutaneous injection of increasing concentrations of morphine hydrochloride for six days.
