The overexpression of the multidrug resistance gene (MDR-1) and its translational product p-glycoprotein (P-gp) may play an important role in pharmacoresistant epilepsy. [Construction of recombinant adenovirus vector for RNA interference with multidrug resistance MDR1 gene].

Objective: To construct the recombinant adenoviral RNA interference (RNAi) vector in order to inhibit the expression of multidrug resistance MDR1 gene, and probe whether gene therapy for multidrug resistance of epilepsy is feasibility.
