Importance: Supervised pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) has been recommended as the first-line treatment for women with stress urinary incontinence (SUI), but more evidence on whether adjunctive methods would provide additional benefits is needed.
Objective: To compare the efficacy of PFMT with or without a home-based pressure-mediated biofeedback (BF) device.
Design, Setting, And Participants: This multicenter assessor-blinded randomized clinical trial was conducted in the obstetric clinics of 5 participating tertiary hospitals in China.
Recent ICTV taxonomy updates significantly changed phage taxonomy, yet a thorough phage classification workflow doesn't exist. This study compares six categorization tools and establishes a novel multi-method approach, combining genome similarity and specialized protein analysis. Applying the method to APEC phage P151 showed consistent categorization across platforms.

Design: Multicentre cross-sectional study.
Setting: Fourteen hospitals in China.
We examined the relationships between exposure to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) metabolites and sex hormones in pre- and postmenopausal women from the 2013-2016 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. The study comprised 648 premenopausal and 370 postmenopausal women (aged 20 years or older) with comprehensive data on PAH metabolites and sex steroid hormones. To evaluate the correlations between individual or mixture of the PAH metabolites and sex hormones stratified by menopausal status, we used linear regression and Bayesian kernel machine regression (BKMR).

This study assessed the current status of Riemerella anatipestifer antibiotic resistance and antibiotic-resistance genes (ARGs), compared the results of different detection methods, and evaluated a new method of studying the association between antibiotic resistance and ARGs in Riemerella anatipestifer. In this study, 51 strains of Riemerella anatipestifer were isolated from ducks on several farms, their resistance to 28 antibiotics was assessed, and the isolates were subjected to whole-genome sequencing.

However, the misuse use of antibiotics often triggers the emergence of multi-drug-resistant Salmonella strains. Currently, Salmonella phages is safe and effective against Salmonella, serving as the best drug of choice.
