Background: There is limited research on the Minimal Important Change (MIC) of the Chinese Western Aphasia Battery (WAB). Since an MIC for Chinese WAB has yet to be established, the clinical implications of data using the Chinese WAB remain unclear.
Aim: This study was to establish the MIC of the Aphasia Quotient (AQ) of the Chinese WAB.
Endoscopy's ability to provide close observation, deep magnification, and multi-angle views has proven to be an effective tool for minimally invasive craniotomy in neurosurgery. However, no large case series have been published on the use of fully endoscopic-assisted minimally invasive keyhole craniotomy for clipping intracranial aneurysms (IAs). To evaluate the value of fully endoscopic-assisted minimally invasive keyhole craniotomy in the treatment of anterior circulation aneurysms.

However, existing studies primarily focus on soil organic carbon, neglecting carbon fractions, and the relationship between soil organic carbon fractions and microbial communities is unclear. Consequently, this study aims to clarify the impact of different tea planting durations on soil organic carbon fractions and microbial communities and identify the main factors influencing microbial communities.

Twenty Guanzhong dairy goats, with comparable milk yields and in the mid-lactation stage, were randomly divided into two groups, with 10 goats in each group. The control group was fed a standard diet, while the ZnONP group received the control diet plus 30 mg ZnONPs/kg DM.

Aims: This study aims to assess and compare the efficacy of three treatment modalities in addressing neck wrinkles.
Methods: Fifteen female participants with a neck Lemperle Wrinkle Assessment Scale (WAS) score of 3-4 were enrolled in a randomized clinical trial.

Purpose: To explore the inter-regional health index at the city level to contribute to the reduction of health inequalities.
Methods: Employed the health determinant model to select indicators for the urban health index of Shenzhen City. Utilized principal component analysis, the weights of these indicators are determined to construct the said health index.
Background: The manipulation of ferroptosis in cancer cells is a possible therapeutic technique that has been investigated for use in the treatment of cancer. Consequently, ferroptosis-inducing medications have recently received increased interest in cancer therapy. In this research, we assessed the anticancer efficacy of 14β-hydroxy- 3β-(β-D-Glucopyranosyloxy)-5α-bufa-20,22-dienolide (HTB50-2), a natural product derived from the plant Helleborus thibetanus Franch, in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC).

T follicular helper (T) cells are critical in helping B cells during germinal center reactions. In a T cell transfer colitis model, a lymphoid structure composed of mature dendritic cells (DCs) and T cells was found within T cell zones of colonic lymphoid follicles.

The results showed that:① The application of pomace biochar could significantly improve the yield and quality of Chinese cabbage, and the effect was the best at a 5 % biochar application rate. The yield, soluble solids, soluble sugar, vitamin C, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total potassium content of Chinese cabbage increased by 71.

Data Sources: We searched the PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro), Web of Science, SinoMed, CNKI, VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals and Wanfang Database, from inception to December 2023.
Study Selection: Studies were included if they were randomized controlled trials assessing the effect of CCFES on motor function compared with routine rehabilitation or routine electrical stimulation after ABI.
Fully endoscopic microvascular decompression (MVD) of the facial nerve is the main surgical treatment for hemifacial spasm. However, the technique presents distinct surgical challenges. We retrospectively analyzed prior cases to consolidate surgical insights and assess clinical outcomes.

A single-dose, open-label, randomized, two-period crossover-design study was conducted to evaluate the bioequivalence of the reference and test formulations of mifepristone tablets. Each subject was randomized at the beginning to receive a 25-mg tablet of the test or the reference mifepristone under fasting conditions during the first period, then received the alternate formulation during the second period following a 2-week washout period. A validated high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method was used to determine the plasma concentrations of mifepristone and its two metabolites (RU42633 and RU42698).

The surgical results of 429 patients who received neuroendoscopic treatment of macroadenomas or giant pituitary adenomas were evaluated, and the experiences and lessons learned from treatment complications were assessed.
Patients And Methods: From January 2012 to December 2021, 429 patients with macroadenomas or giant pituitary adenomas, including 60 patients with giant adenomas (diameter ≥4 cm) and 369 patients with macroadenomas (diameter 1-4 cm), received a 3D head CT, a MRI with contrast enhancement, and an endocrinology examination prior to surgery.
Background: In the surgical approach to treat deep-seated intracranial lesions, endoscopes can be used to assist microsurgical operations and improve outcomes. This technique is often called endoscope-assisted microneurosurgery (EAM). This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to evaluate the feasibility, safety, and effectiveness of EAM.
