Three-dimensional (3D) and two-dimensional (2D) perovskite hybrid systems, known for their exceptional optoelectronic properties and stability, are revolutionizing optoelectronic materials research. However, fundamental physics of the 3D/2D interfaces and their dynamics remain poorly understood. We use fluorescence microspectroscopy to study the photoluminescence (PL) properties of 3D/2D nano-heterostructures of CsPbBr/PEAPbBr formed by postgrowth self-assembly.

This 30-color full spectrum flow cytometry panel was developed and optimized for in-depth analysis T cells immunophenotype in tumor microenvironment and peripheral lymphoid organs. The panel presented here first identify the main cell subsets including myeloid cells, B cells, NKT cells, γδ T cells, CD4 T cells and CD8 T cells. For CD4 T cells or CD8 T cells, the panel includes markers for further characterization by including a selection of activation status(CD44, CD62L, CD69, Ki67, CD127, KLRG1 and CXCR3), costimulatory/co-inhibitory molecules (ICOS, OX-40, PD-1, LAG3, TIM-3, CTLA-4 and TIGIT), pro-inflammatory/anti-inflammatory cytokines (IFN-γ, TNF-α and IL-10) and cytotoxic molecules (Perforin, Granzymes B and CD107a).

Flexible perovskite solar cells (F-PSCs) have been developing fast with the power conversion efficiency (PCE) exceeding 19%. However, aiming at the high-efficiency F-PSCs, to get a desired perovskite morphology before and after glass-supportive device transfer is still a challenge. Herein, we thoroughly investigated the effect of adhesive materials of substrates on the perovskite film and the solar cell performance and developed a nondestructive F-PSC transfer method by introducing a double-side tape/protective film/epoxy binder.
