Clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is the most common histological type of renal carcinoma and has a high recurrence rate and poor outcome. Accurate patient risk stratification based on genetic markers can help to identify the high-risk patient for early and further treatments and would promote patient survival. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have attracted widespread attention as biomarkers for early diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis because of their high specificity and sensitivity.

Tuberculosis (TB), one major threat to humans, can infect one third of the worldwide population, and cause more than one million deaths each year. This study aimed to identify the effective diagnosis and therapy biomarkers of TB. Hence, we analyzed two microarray datasets (GSE54992 and GSE62525) derived from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database to find the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) of peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) between TB patients and healthy specimens.

is an important gram-negative opportunistic pathogen that causes a variety of infectious diseases, including urinary tract infections, bacteremia, pneumonia, and liver abscesses. With the emergence of multidrug-resistant (MDR) and () strains, the rapid spread of these clinical strains in geography is particularly worrying. However, the detailed mechanisms of virulence and antibiotic resistance in are still not very clear.

PAKs (p21-activated kinases) are reported to play crucial roles in a variety of cellular processes and participate in the progression of human cancers. However, the expression and prognostic values of PAKs remain poorly explored in breast cancers. In our study, we examined the mRNA and protein expression levels of PAKs and the prognostic value.

The deoxyglucose dithiocarbamate (DGDTC) was successfully labeled with the (99m)Tc(CO)3 core to provide the corresponding (99m)Tc(CO)3-DGDTC complex in good yields. The radiochemical purity of the (99m)Tc(CO)3-DGDTC complex was over 90%, as measured by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The complex possessed good stability in saline at room temperature and in mouse plasma at 37 °C.
