Multiple myeloma (MM) is the second most common malignant haematological disease with a poor prognosis. The limit therapeutic progress has been made in MM patients with cancer relapse, necessitating deeper research into the molecular mechanisms underlying its occurrence and development. A genome-wide CRISPR-Cas9 loss-of-function screening was utilized to identify potential therapeutic targets in our research.

Chromium (Cr) is an important material, but also one of the most toxic heavy metal pollutants, showing great threat to human health and ecological environment, thus, accurate and rapid detection of Cr has far-reaching significance. In this work, based on the ligand of 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzoic acid (HPFBA) that does not contains oscillation effect group such as "CH, OH, and NH bond", three rare earth dinuclear cluster of Ln(PFBA)(phen)(HO) (Ln = Tb1-Tb, Eu1-Eu, Gd1-Gd, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) were obtained. 1-Tb shows excellent stability and luminescence properties.

Different kinds of 4-benzo[][1,3]thiazin-2-ylphosphonate could be synthesized in moderate to excellent yields. This method has the advantages of easy access to raw materials, free-metal catalyst, simple operation, high yield and high functional group tolerance.

In this study, a novel ternary magnetic deep eutectic solvent (MDES) [octyltrimethylammonium bromide][cobalt chloride][acetic acid] was synthesized as the extractant. Acetic acid was used as the dispersant to promote the in situ dispersion of binary MDES [octyltrimethylammonium bromide][cobalt chloride].
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA highly efficient cascade bicyclization reaction of o-alkenylphenyl isothiocyanates with propargylamines has been developed, which affords a series of thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolines in good to excellent yields by using KCO as a base in MeCN at 80 °C. This method is transition-metal-free and operationally simple with broad functional group tolerance. Mechanistically, 6-exo-trig hydroamination followed by 5-exo-dig hydrothiolation was involved in this transformation.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA simple and efficient protocol for silver(i)-catalyzed tandem reaction of o-alkynylphenyl isothiocyanates with sodium azide has been developed, affording a series of 5H-benzo[d]tetrazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazines in moderate to good yields. In this transformation, a [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction mechanism was involved and two new rings were formed in one pot.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFA new simple and efficient method to construct ring-fused 4-alkyl-4H-3,1-benzothiazine-2-thione derivatives has been developed from carbon disulfide and (E)-3-(2-aminoaryl)acrylates or (E)-3-(2-aminoaryl)acrylonitriles under mild conditions, without the need for a metal catalyst. The newly developed method tolerates a wide range of substrates in moderate to excellent yields. Moreover, this method is advantageous over previous ones for the easy synthesis of reactants.
