Oil pollution has caused more and more serious damages to the environment, especially to water. Oil and water separation technologies based on high-performance absorbing materials have attracted extensive attentions. Herein, elasticity-enhanced bacterial cellulose (BC) aerogel is synthesized for oil/water separation through thermochemical vapor deposition (CVD) catalyzed by 1, 2, 3, 4-butanetetracarboxylic acid (BTCA).

However, the functional relevance and significance of WM BOLD signals remain controversial. Here we investigated whether 7T BOLD fMRI can reveal fine-scale functional organizations of a WM bundle.

Career adaptability is an important determinant in reducing turnover intention, but little research has explored the mechanism from the perspective of psychological capital. The aim of this study was to analyze the association between career adaptability and turnover intention and to examine the mediating role of psychological capital between career adaptability and turnover intention among nursing assistants in mainland China.

Evidence of associations between CC change and mortality is lacking. We aimed to determine the relationship between the CC change over time and all-cause mortality.

However, most of them were fabricated using either toxic organic solvents or complicated procedures. Herein, we report a facile, green, and scalable route for the fabrication of 3D composite felts with large pore structures by sequentially stirring and heating polyethylene terephthalate (PET) fibers and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).

Methods: Healthcare data from 38,093 subjects in 10 megalopolises of China who had an annual health check-up in 2021 were used. The overall and stratified prevalence of chronic kidney disease by sex, age, region and comorbidity group was reported.
Objective: To use SIV-mac239-infected Chinese rhesus monkeys to study white matter changes with and without regular combined antiretroviral therapy (cART) and the relationships between the changes and clinical results.
Methods: Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) data were collected at baseline and 10 days, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, 24 weeks, and 36 weeks after viral inoculation. Plasma CD4 T cell counts, CD4/CD8 ratio, plasma viral load, and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) viral load were collected at baseline and 1 week, 5 weeks, 12 weeks, 24 weeks, and 36 weeks after viral inoculation.
In the present work, a ZSM-5 (core)/SAPO-11 (shell) composite was prepared by the hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), temperature programmed desorption of ammonia (NH-TPD), and other characterization techniques. The catalytic performance of ZSM-5/SAPO-11 for the methylation of naphthalene with methanol was also studied. For comparison, the mechanical mixture was prepared through the blending of ZSM-5 and SAPO-11.

In recent years, circRNAs have become the focus of much research into RNA. CircCCDC66 has been identified as a novel oncogenic circRNA and is up-regulated in a variety of malignant tumors including thyroid cancer, non-small cell carcinoma, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, renal cancer, cervical cancer, glioma, and osteosarcoma.

In this prospective study, 1070 clinical respiratory samples were collected from patients with acute respiratory infections from January 2019 to February 2021 to evaluate the diagnostic performance of a multiplex probe amplification (MPA) assay, designed to screen 18 pathogens, mainly those causing acute respiratory infections. Ninety-six positive samples and twenty negative samples for the 18 respiratory pathogens defined by the MPA assay and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were further confirmed by reference next-generation sequencing (NGS).

Tumor mutation burden (TMB) and somatic mutations are important determinants for the choice of strategy in patients with lung cancer during therapy. A total of 93 post-operative patients with 108 malignant PNs were enrolled for analysis (75 cases in the training cohort and 33 cases in the validation cohort).

Vaccination and surveillance against non-structure protein (NSP) are the most efficacious and cost-effective strategy to control this disease. Therefore, vaccine purity control is vital for successful prevention.

Background: Gastric cancer (GC) is a globally prevalent gastrointestinal tumor. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a new type of transcript which has become a hotspot of current research; however, the function of most lncRNAs in the advancement of GC is still not clear. The focus of this research was to elucidate the role and expression of lncRNA CNALPTC1 in GC.

It is made from water extracts of a well-used herbal and dietary supplement-pigeon pea leaves. Nevertheless, the material basis and pharmacological mechanisms of TLSGC ameliorating GIONFH needed to be better defined.

Protochlorophyllide oxidoreductase (POR) plays a key role in catalyzing the light-dependent reduction of protochlorophyllide (Pchlide) to chlorophyllide (Chlide), and thus promotes the transit from etiolated seedlings to green plants. In this study, by exploring ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS)-mediated mutagenesis in NL-6 variety, we identified a mutant that displays faded green leaf and reduced chlorophyll (Chl) and carotenoid contents. Bulk segregant analysis (BSA) revealed that a mutation in gene is genetically associated with the faded green leaf of the mutant.

Chiral analysis by ion mobility spectrometry-mass spectrometry (IMS-MS) has the advantages of high speed and sensitivity but is still in its infancy. Here, an -(2,4-dinitro-5-fluorophenyl)-l-alaninamide (FDAA) derivatization is combined with trapped ion mobility spectrometry-mass spectrometry (TIMS-MS) for chiral AA analysis.
