ZLY06 is a dual agonist of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) δ/γ, showing potential therapeutic effects on metabolic syndrome. However, our research has revealed that ZLY06 exhibits hepatotoxicity in normal C57BL/6J mice, though the precise mechanism remains unclear. This study aims to investigate the manifestations and mechanisms of ZLY06-induced hepatotoxicity.

CoO-NPCN was synthesized by the two-step redox calcination of zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF). Surface morphology characterization revealed that CoO-NPCN displayed a uniform size and rhombic dodecahedral shape.

However, its practical application is greatly limited by serious electron-hole recombination in the photocatalysts and the production of CO and H as side reactions. Herein, for the first time, it is demonstrated that the photocatalytic reduction of CO to CH can be significantly improved through the simultaneous alloying and hydriding of metal cocatalysts.
