  • The study investigates the effectiveness of IVF versus ICSI for couples dealing with isolated teratozoospermia, a sperm condition affecting fertility.
  • Conducted from January 2018 to December 2022, the research involved 433 couples, with 81 patients specifically diagnosed with isolated teratozoospermia.
  • Results indicated that both moderate and severe teratozoospermia patients had comparable success rates with IVF, and R-ICSI was only used when necessary, suggesting IVF is a viable treatment option for these cases.
